2 lb cod fillet (any white fish)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Dashes of paprika
Salt & pepper to taste


1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


2️⃣ Cut the cod fillets into serving sizes.

3️⃣ Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in the lemon juice.

4️⃣ In a separate dish, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.

5️⃣ Dip each fish fillet into the butter and lemon mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated on all sides.
