3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken breasts 4 medium chicken breasts
kosher salt to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg or spices
1 to 2 teaspoons 21 chicken seasoning or Salut seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
3 tbsp. salted oil
2 teaspoons fresh parsley

Instructions

Take a large frying pan and add olive oil, pounded chicken, Salute/chicken seasoning, pepper, salt, pepper.
Cook all the spices over medium heat for 5 minutes, but do not dry out or stir the chicken. After 5 minutes the chicken will turn golden brown.
Let the second side of the chicken cook for another 5 minutes. Do not move the chicken anymore.
When ready, remove from the pan and place on a plate to rest.
Add your chicken broth or wine and let the water boil for a few seconds.
Then add the oil and stir until it melts. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Now put the chicken in the pan and turn off the fire. Mix well with garlic cloves.
Baste the garlic chicken and serve immediately.
