Classic Burger Melt Recipe
Servings: 4,

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended for optimal juiciness)
8 slices rye bread
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, adds depth)
Salt and pepper to taste
Thousand Island dressing for serving (optional, but adds a touch of heat)
