INGREDIENTS:

• 1 3/4 cup (230 grams/ 8.1 ounces) cake flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup (250 grams/ 8. 8 ounces) butter
• 1 cup (200 grams/ 7 ounces) powdered sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup (59 ml) milk

PREPARATION:

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, level the surface, and bake the cake in the preheated oven at 320 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees C) for 55 to 65 minutes. However, check the cake after 50 minutes.

The cake should be baked until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack, cut into slices and serve.
