Ground Beef Ramen Noodles Recipe

I have tried this recipe several times and never get tired of the sauce

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef

1 bell pepper, sliced ​​

4 tablespoons oil Olives

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 onion, sliced ​​

1 teaspoon grated ginger

3/4 cup carrots, cut into matchsticks

2 cups broccoli florets, sliced ​​cubes

3 instant ramen noodle packets (discarded seasoning packets)

For the sauce:

1/3-1/2 cup chicken broth

2 teaspoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce or to taste

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the minced meat to the pan. Bake until golden brown, making sure to break it up with a spatula.

Add peppers, broccoli and carrots.Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, stir together all the sauce ingredients until well combined.

Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture in the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Meanwhile, cook instant ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting seasoning packets.Drain well.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir to make sure everything is evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve the minced meat ramen noodles hot and enjoy the soothing and filling taste.
