Biscuit and Gravy Casserole Recipe:

Servings: 6-8

1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 pound ground breakfast sausage

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 1/2 cups milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Fry the sausage in a frying pan; Spread in a baking dish.Make a roux from flour and sausage fat. Add milk and simmer to thicken.
