Chicken Parmesan with Garlic


1 tablespoon salted oil, soft
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper 977 Preparation:

Prepare the butter sauce:
Melt the butter in a medium-sized pot. Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt and red pepper. Animate the connection. Set aside. While preparing the rest, remember that the sauce may harden.
Cooking chicken: Try wooden skewers suitable for your
air fryer. Poultry cutlets work best by shredding them to the right size.
Place 6-7 pieces of chicken legs on each piece. Wrap the chicken well so that it cooks thoroughly.
Season the spring onions with 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper.
Cooking Method:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Using a heavy spoon, spread a generous amount of Parmesan cheese sauce all over the chicken.
Light the cigar in air and cook for 5 minutes. After the first 5 minutes, add the butter sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook again and for the last 5 minutes for a total of 15 minutes. The chicken should be brown and cooked through.

After all the rice is cooked, collect the garlic and parmesan oil accumulated at the bottom of the fire. Pour this over cooked chicken to add flavor.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with lemon on the side
