  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or a similar casserole dish.
  2. Cook the Cauliflower:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender but still firm, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
