Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies

INGREDIENTS

 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 Pinch of salt
 2 sticks butter at room temperature
 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
 1 cup chopped walnuts
 1 cup powdered sugar

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Add butter and half a glass of powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix until smooth. 9
5. Bake for 12 minutes and let cool at room temperature.
6. Just before serving, add the remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar to the bowl and mix with the cookies.
