  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8-10 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)


  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Season the Chicken:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
    • Season the chicken tenders evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Wrap with Bacon:
    • Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon. If the bacon slices are too long, you can trim them to fit.
    • If using, sprinkle a little brown sugar over each bacon-wrapped tender for a sweet and savory combination.
  4. Bake:
    • Place the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
    • For extra crispy bacon, you can broil the chicken tenders for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let the chicken tenders rest for a few minutes before serving.
    • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or barbecue sauce.
