ALFREDO CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
20-25 chicken wings
1 teaspoon Lawry’s finished salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 Baking powder Tablespoon
• Alfredo sauce
2 tbsp. Butter
2 cups cream
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 375.
First clean your chicken with salt, vinegar and cold water. Wash and Dry.
Wrap your chicken and place it on the cooling rack. Put it in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes. Turn it over and place it in the oven for another 20 minutes. Let the alfredo sauce cook for another 15 minutes. Place the pan over medium heat. Add oil.
Once the butter has melted, slowly whisk in the whipped cream. Then put it in your bag and let it cook. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Then add Parmesan cheese. After mixing well, add the chicken wings. Toss and plate well.
