1 can (14.5 oz / 411 g) diced tomatoes, drained

1 can (10 oz / 283 g) diced tomatoes with green chilies

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cubed

2 cups (225 g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (120 ml) beef broth

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

1. Brown the Beef

Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking the meat into small pieces.
