Whole cabbage

Ingredients:

12 kale leaves
1 cup cooked white rice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup fried onion
1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/ 2 Weeks Soak cabbage leaves in water for 2 minutes or until soft;
In a mixing bowl, mix cooked rice, egg, milk, onion, minced meat, salt and pepper.
Place about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture in the center of each leaf, roll up and place in the glass. Place the roll on one side in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage.
Cover and cook at 175°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
