Peanut Butter Beans

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter (warm if using regular oil)
3/4 cup clean
1 large egg

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375° F. Prepare two halves for the oven to be divided into three.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper or a baking tray.
Mix herbs in a large bowl. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and eggs and mix with a spatula until well combined.
Prepare the cookies: Spoon the batter into 24 level 1 tbsp. Roll each piece into a ball and place on the prepared sheet at least 2 inches apart, 12 inches per sheet.
Form a pattern by flattening each ball with a fork to 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch wide.
Bake for 5 minutes, rotating the baking tray front to back between pans to check. Continue baking for 5 to 7 minutes or until center is set, cookies are lightly pressed and edges are set.
Bake cookies on baking sheet for 30 minutes; They will harden as they cool.
Note:

Make ahead: The dough can be prepared in advance and refrigerated. Form balls, flatten and place on a baking tray. Once hardened, transfer to zippered refrigerator and freeze for up to 2 months. To bake from the refrigerator, let the cookies sit at room temperature while the oven is hot.
Storage: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
