Honey Garlic Chicken Fillet


4 large chicken fillets, finely pounded
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons black cumin
3 tablespoons ground onion
2 tablespoons ground thyme
2 tablespoons ground


Mix flour, salt, black pepper, ginger, nutmeg, thyme, sage, red pepper and hot pepper in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the eggs and water.
Dip the chicken fillets into the egg mixture, then mix with the flour and repeat twice.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Add olive oil and garlic in the same way. Cook for 1 minute.
Add honey, soy sauce and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
