1 pound ground beef

1/3 reduced salt French onion soup mix

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 sheets of previously thawed puff pastry dough

1 egg

1 tablespoon milk

First preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Take a large bowl and mix the ground pork with the French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Make sure to season the mixture properly with black pepper.
Continue preparing the puff pastry. Roll out the dough sheets and cut each sheet in half. Then distribute the meat mixture evenly on each half of the dough and form it into a roll.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Use this mixture to cover one side of the dough next to where you want the meat mixture to be placed. Gently roll the dough over the meat, making sure it is completely covered, and pressing lightly to seal the edges.
Using a small serrated knife, cut each log into six or eight pieces, as desired.Place these pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes. The buns should be golden brown and baked through before removing them from the oven.
