250 g cookies
15 g cocoa powder
120 g butter
200 g cream cheese
100 ml cream (33-36%)
30 g powdered sugar
300 g whole whole milk
2-3 bananas 98 7 Dark chocolate for decoration

Instructions for use:

Chop the cookies into thin pieces using a food processor.
Mix cookie crumbs and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the cookie mixture. Mix well.


Line a 20 cm baking tray with baking paper. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the base of the track to form the base of the cake. Great for tuning.
In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar until the mixture thickens. This will be the cream layer of the cake.

Spread the butter-cream mixture over the cooled crust.
Cut the bananas into slices and divide evenly over the cream.
Pour the caramelized milk over the bananas, covering them completely.

Sprinkle dark chocolate on the cake for decoration. Place
Coffee Tree in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 4 hours before serving.
Slice and serve after it has cooled. You are so tasty!
