These incredible donuts are made with tender, juicy chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, as well as a variety of spices that give them a delicious taste! Serve it as an appetizer, on a sandwich, or as a main course! Easy, quick and guaranteed to be a family favorite!

If you’re looking for the perfect, quick and easy two-part recipe that everyone will love, look no further than these chicken nuggets.
It is made with boneless, skinless chicken breast, mozzarella, parmesan and lots of spices for lots of flavor!**Chicken Nuggets


°1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts (3 large)
°2 large eggs
°1/3 cup mayonnaise
°1/3 cup all-purpose flour, cornstarch or gluten-free potato starch
°4 ounces mozzarella cheese (1 1/3 cups grated)
° 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
° 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
° 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
° 2 tablespoons very light olive oil for frying (or any cooking oil over high heat)

*Ingredients for garlic aioli (optional)


°1/3 cup mayonnaise
°1 pressed garlic clove
°1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
°1/ 4 teaspoon salt
°1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Cut the chicken into 1/3 thick pieces with a sharp knife and place them in a large bowl. Tip: If the chicken breasts are partially frozen, it’s easier to shred them a little.

In a bowl, add the remaining dough ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup flour, 1 1/3 cup grated mozzarella, 1 1/2 tablespoons dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon Salt. 8 teaspoons black pepper or season to taste. Stir until well combined, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

and add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken mixture a tablespoon at a time. Using the back of a spatula, lightly flatten the top and cook, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Then turn it over and cook for 3 minutes on the second side or until the outside is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. *Repeat process remaining donuts, adding more oil as desired.


To make aioli (if using), combine all ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup and stir until smooth.
