Fried chicken, nice and clean


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup corn
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Bake up to 200°C. Lightly grease the baking tray or baking paper.

Place the corn on the same plate. Beat the eggs in another bowl.

Dip each piece of chicken first into the corn, cover tightly, then dip in the beaten egg, then again into the corn. Make sure each section is completed correctly.

Place the roasted chicken pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.


Drizzle the vegetable oil over the chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Turn the pieces occasionally to check whether they are cooked or not.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool before serving.
