Cheeseburger Pie


1 kilo ground beef
1 ½ cups chopped onion
1 ½ cups milk
¾ cup baking mix
3 eggs
½ teaspoon Italian potatoes
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


Preheat the oven and prepare the pie crust:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Deep Cake Pan 9 inch.
Cook the meat and onions:
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
Cook and stir-fry the ground meat and onion in a pan until the meat is browned and falling apart, about 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard excess oil.
Distribute the cooked beef-onion mixture evenly on the prepared plate.
Prepare the mixture:
Mix the milk, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian herbs, salt and pepper in a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Bake the pie:
Pour the mixture over the meat in the plate.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until top of cookie rises.
Add the tomatoes and cheese:
Remove the cake from the oven and carefully divide the tomato slices over the biscuit.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the tomatoes.
Return the pie to the oven and continue baking until the cheese melts, 5 to 8 minutes.
Cooling and serving:
Let the cake cool for 5 minutes before cutting. This allows the cake to harden and be easy to cut and serve.
