Before you begin, make sure your oven is preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

To make simple stir-fries, start by cutting russet potatoes into long, thin slices.

Mix mashed potatoes with olive oil, chopped garlic, Italian herbs, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. It’s time to taste it. Make sure the fries are covered properly before throwing them away.
