At first I was hesitant to try it, but since then I’ve been addicted to


1 head of cabbage

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste Flavor

Optional: Side dishes of your choice


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the cabbage into steaks about 2.5 cm thick.
Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Brush each cabbage steak with olive oil on both sides.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on both sides.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.


Serve hot and garnish as desired.
