Sweet Potatoes

This recipe is a traditional dish with potato wedges and thick tofu sauce. Although the ingredients in this sweet potato recipe are simple, they make a great side dish to serve at Easter, Christmas, or Thanksgiving.

Having owned this food site since 2008, I am available during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays to answer recipe questions for anyone, including friends, other bloggers, family members, and neighbors.

You cannot find the answer on my site; instead I will discuss cooking in general. I am not disappointed in any way. I’d love to help if I can.

I did not count all the comments on my site. I answer every question posted in the comments section of my blog and sometimes receive hundreds of questions a day. I miss you.

ingredients

You will need: four cups potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet; about two pounds more or less), three tablespoons oil, three tablespoons flour, one-half tablespoon; milk, a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of red pepper, one and a half cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated red pepper.

**Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Be sure to grease a quart-sized baking dish (an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish will work). It cooks easily as the oil melts in the pan. When the temperature is lowered,
cups of cheddar cheese should be added.
Place half of the sliced potatoes on the baking tray. Half of the cheese sauce should be poured over the potatoes. Remove the second half of the potatoes and cheese sauce and repeat the process with the first half.
Sprinkle another glass of remaining cheddar cheese on top. To add color, sprinkle red pepper powder on top as a garnish. Bake for one hour at
to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, or until potatoes are tender.

Have fun!
