Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Heat the pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and, while hot, add the garlic for 2 minutes or until soft.

Now add the spinach, add a teaspoon of salt and pepper and fry until it softens. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.

Divide the puff pastry into 6 or 12 pieces depending on the desired size and place them on the baking tray. This recipe makes six large ones or twelve small ones.

In a mixing bowl, add the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and an egg. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything.

Divide the spinach mixture into each square, dividing opposite sides of each square and pressing firmly.


Wash the whole spinach with egg yolk. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
