RUNZA Casserole

Runza Casserole – We can say that there are two types of people here: those who know and love Runza, and those who do not. If you belong to the latter, let me give you a brief explanation: Runza is a bread bag filled with minced meat, cabbage or sauerkraut, and onions. Think delicious, filling, hot pouches, but better.
INGREDIENTS
 2 packages of stretch film (do not separate the rolls)
 2 kilos of ground meat
 2 tablespoons of butter
 4 cups of chopped greens
 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, sweetened
salt Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to Make Runza Casserole
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×12-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put aside.
2. Open the roll tube deeply but not split and place a layer under the prepared food. Cook for 5 minutes
3. Add ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat and cook until browned. Drain off as much fat as necessary and slide the meat to the edge of the grill.
4. Add oil to the center of the pan. After it melts, add the onion, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
5. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Season if necessary.
6. Share the mixture on the baking tray. Add mozzarella cheese and remaining bread crust on top.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Let it rest for 5 minutes before working out. To enjoy!
