Pineapple Fried Chicken Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1.5 kg boneless chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon dry chicken
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon oil
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Season 1 box (20 2) chicken breasts with thyme, salt and pepper over medium heat. Drain the pineapple chunks and reserve the dressing juices.

10. Share the pineapple slices over the chicken in the pan. Close the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the pineapple to heat through.
11. Serve the chicken and pineapple over cooked rice.
