Nutella Cookie Cake


200 grams of butter (softened)
250 grams of brown sugar (about 1/4 cup)
1 large egg (at room temperature)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
320 grams of all-purpose flour (2/2 ) cup)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips (plus more on top)
5.3 oz. Nutella
8 kinder bueno bars
5.3 oz. hazelnut cream icing


1. Add softened butter and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix everything with a spatula until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, add room temperature milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
3. Sift the flour and baking soda and make it into dough.
4. Add the chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
5. Line a 20 cm cake tin with baking paper. Reserve 1/3 of the dough and roll the remaining dough into a large ball. Place on prepared baking sheet and press until bottom is smooth and edges are smooth.
6. Add Nutella and distribute evenly. Brush the top with Kinder Bueno.
7. Spread the hazelnut paste to cover all the Bueno sticks.
8. Take the remaining dough and place it on the caramel. Seal and smooth all sides. Finish with more chocolate if necessary.
9. Bake in the oven at 356F for about 25 minutes. When you’re done, remove it and let it cool completely in the pan.
