No-bake Caramel Cake Apple Eclair Cake

Ingredients:

For the apple:
large apple, cored and finely chopped
2 tablespoons salted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon hazelnuts
97 vanilla extract

To combine:

1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
Additional butter for garnish
Chopped skewers or coffee beans for garnish (optional)

Instructions :
Prepare the apple pie: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and caramelized.
Prepare the caramel sauce. Mix caramel and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until the caramel melts and the sauce is smooth. Let it cool slightly.
Prepare the cream cheese. Whisk the flour mixture and cold milk in a large bowl until thickened. Add whipped cream and vanilla extract and mix.
To assemble the cake: Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread half of the creamy mixture on the foil. Cover half of the caramelized apples and drizzle half of the caramel sauce over them. Add another graham cracker crust, remaining whipped cream, caramel apples, and caramel sauce. Finally, add a final layer of graham cracker crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to soften the graham crackers and allow the flavors to infuse.
Before serving, spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or coffee beans, if desired.
