Double Chocolate Brownie

Double Chocolate Brownie

My Rich and Whole Grain Free Flour is 100% free flour; This means you won’t find anything like almond flour or coconut flour in this recipe!

So on what other devices can you get

for free?

NO black beans guys!

The blue color of black beans is not bad, it is not in this recipe.

So what should we do with the free grain?

The answer may surprise you.

MORE NORMAL MATERIALS. You know… ordinary human food.

You only need 7 little things to be beautiful and plump.

Get ready for all this amazing stuff…

Palm Oil
Chocolate Chips
Bad Honey
Salt (you don’t actually need salt, technically these are the 6 basic ingredients!)

What do you say?

Yes, the black you see here, which looks, tastes and feels like the real color, is made up of 7 simple ingredients. I don’t know how this recipe came about, but it did, and it was made on purpose.

Actually I’m lying, I’m pretty sure this recipe started as a cake… uhhhh… mmm hmm.

Sometimes ‘bad’ situations can turn into scary situations if you are open to change.

^^ It’s not just brownie tips guys, there are also tips for daily life ^^

No matter what these birds look like, they are delicious. People also eat the ‘All American Diet’! This is how you know it’s legal!

Wondering if these whole grains taste like peanut butter?

I have a bit of a banana taste to my palate, but my father-in-law thinks the peanut flavor of the beans is more prominent.

I was thinking of calling these “Double Chocolate Grain-Free Peanut Butter and Banana Brownie {Whole Grain},” but you know what? I’ve talked about this a lot and I have to draw the line somewhere.

Also, I don’t want those who don’t like palm oil and banana to give up trying this recipe. My mother-in-law doesn’t really like bananas, but she still loves them!

To make this nut-free, as we eat now 1 cup olive or sunflower oil
6 ounces bananas or 2 small bananas
¼ cup raw honey
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch sea salt (Himalayan red or Celtic), optional
1 cup milk chocolate chips (I use half mini and half mega) Add the first 6 ingredients to a food processor and process on high until combined, stopping if necessary to remove any rough edges. Then add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times until everything is combined. Spread brownie mixture evenly into a greased 8×10 baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
