Cream Cheese and Caramel Bread


2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature


4 eggs, at Room Temperature

1/2 cup Caramel Topping

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 ½ teaspoons Cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda


1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions :

Start with this , preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare two 9-by-5-inch loaf pans by lightly greasing them with butter or nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then stir in the eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla extract.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to make sure everything is well mixed.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, making sure to mix just until the ingredients are well combined
Pour ¼ of the dough into each of the prepared baking tins. Pour ¼ cup of the caramel topping over the top and mix it into the batter, being careful not to let it reach the sides of the pan.
Carefully place the remaining dough on the candy layers.Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean to indicate it is ready.


After baking, remove from the oven and let the bread cool before serving.
