Cranberry Pecan Cheese Balls Recipe

There’s no better way to impress guests than with this recipe! Mine are crazy about this dish!


8 Unzen Soft cream cheese

1/2 cup of chopped cranberries

1/2 cup roared, chopped pepkans
1 cup of grated white cheddar cheese


1/4 cup of chop or Green Onion

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder


Preheat your oven to 375°F. Toast the chopped walnuts on a baking sheet until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Then take it out of the oven.In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, half the toasted walnuts, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chives or scallions, and garlic powder.

Form the mixture into a ball and then wrap it in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.


Before serving, roll the cheese ball in a mixture of the remaining walnuts, cranberries and chives.

Serve the cranberry pecan cheese ball with a choice of crackers, fresh bread or vegetable sticks.Guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser, this recipe is perfect for holiday parties or casual gatherings. Enjoy the delicious combination of sweet, nutty and spicy flavors in every bite!
