4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas

4 toasted or crispy corn tortillas

1 pound ground beef


1 oz. Taco seasoning mix

1 cup nacho cheese or grated Mexican cheese blend

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes


1 cup grated Mexican cheese blend

Vegetable oil for frying (optional)


In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the minced meat until completely browned, separating it with a spatula. Drain off excess fat.Add the taco seasoning according to package directions, usually mixing with water and simmering until thickened.

Roll out the flour tortillas and distribute the seasoned meat evenly in the middle, leaving room for folding.


Sprinkle nacho cheese or grated cheese over the meat.
Place a piece of toast on the cheese layer, then add a dollop of sour cream, followed by grated lettuce, diced tomatoes and another pinch of cheese.
