Cherry Fluff Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Fresh cherries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), cherry pie filling, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well blended.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping:
    • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Add Marshmallows and Nuts:
    • Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  4. Chill:
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the salad is well chilled and the flavors have melded together.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh cherries if desired before serving.
