Cake Poke Caramel Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

1 box of Carrot Cake Mix
1 box of instant vanilla powder
4 large eggs
1/2 glass of whole milk
1 glass of butter

Combine cake ingredients except sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let the bread cool completely in the pan. After the cake has cooled, make holes around it using a spatula.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake and let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Once the cake has set, beat the frosting in a large bowl with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy. Spread the glaze on the cake

Pour the caramel sauce over the glaze and cut the walnuts. Slice and serve. Store leftover cake covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
