Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Grated Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 glass of buttermilk
1 packet of sauce mix
1 glass of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and brush with olive oil.
Mix buttermilk and ranch dressing in a shallow bowl. In another small bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Place each chicken breast in the buttermilk mixture first, then coat with the flour mixture and press well.
Place coated chicken breasts on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 74°C).
