Beef Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup heavy cream
1 package (about 6 ounces) eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 9×13 baking pan or pan with cooking spray or oil.
Cook the dish: Boil the eggs according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Minced Meat: Cook the minced meat in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown, breaking it up with a spoon while it cooks. Drain excess oil from pan.
Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream and condensed milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well mixed.
To prepare the casserole: Transfer mixture to prepared plate and distribute evenly. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
Baking: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
Preparation: After the casserole is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
