Bacon Cheeseburger Meat


Weight 3% 85% lean 15% fat ground beef
1 pound Country Style Sausage
2 eggs
¾ cup green onions
⅓ cup ketchup
1 ½ teaspoon Plain
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ glass bread crumbs
1 glass cheddar cheese
Small pieces of bacon (enough for 2 molds)


Preheat the oven to 175 °C. heat it up.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except bacon until well combined.
Place bread and bacon slices in two pans.
Divide the meat mixture equally between the two pans and press into a loaf shape.
Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and immediately place them in a wooden pan.
Let the meatball rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Study and enjoy! If desired, save leftovers to make sandwiches the next day.
