16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, very well drained
Cherry Topping
2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until all the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
- Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Add the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue beating until completely combined.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Mix just until light, fluffy, and evenly blended.
- Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly, pressing out as much excess liquid as possible. Fold the pineapple into the creamy filling. Removing the extra juice is important so the dessert stays firm rather than becoming watery.
- Spoon the pineapple cream mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly from edge to edge with a spatula.
- Carefully spoon the cherry pie filling over the entire creamy layer. Spread gently so the cherries remain visible and the filling is evenly distributed.
- Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. For the cleanest slices and best texture, chill it overnight.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Cut into squares and serve cold.
Tips for the Best Result

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to prevent lumps in the filling. The pineapple should also be extremely well drained because excess moisture can make the cream layer too loose.
For an extra-firm crust, you can bake the graham cracker crust at 350°F for about 8–10 minutes, allow it to cool completely, and then add the filling. For a completely no-bake version, simply chill the crust as directed.
Storage
Cover the dessert tightly and refrigerate for up to 3–4 days. Because of the cream cheese and whipped filling, it should not be left at room temperature for extended periods.
With its buttery crumb crust, creamy pineapple center, and bright cherry topping, this Cherry Jubilee Dessert is a simple home-style favorite that’s especially good when served well chilled.
