Grilled Chicken Thighs

Baked Chicken Thighs are a delicious and very easy main dish. These chicken thighs have perfectly crispy skin and extra juicy meat! They go perfectly with mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes.

Ingredients

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 5-6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and place a baking sheet on top.
Pat the chicken skin dry with a paper towel to remove moisture.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.

Place on rack and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
If necessary, roast until crispy for 2-3 minutes
