5 Homemade Sauce 

 

 

Ingredients:

Lemon and basil sauce:
– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons finely chopped oil
– 1 clove of minced garlic
– Salt and parsley to taste
Honey Pepper Sauce:
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Ginger -soy sauce:
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon fresh banana
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/4 cup sesame oil. 97 97 :
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients of the chosen sauce until well combined.
2. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your taste. Add salt, pepper or lemon if necessary.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
4. Serve with your favorite salad and enjoy delicious homemade dressing.
