Ingredients
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup refined sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
cook with cooking spray and cover with parchment paper.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar.

Remove the foil and gently spread the chocolate in a single layer. An offset spsetula works well for this.
Put the candy in the refrigerator and wait for it to cool completely. Wait at least 2 hours.
Remove the rind from the container and place the coffee on or on a cutting board.
Use a knife to carefully cut it into small pieces. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
