Recipe Name: Slow Cooker White Lasagna

Ingredients:

9 raw lasagna noodles

15 oz. jar Alfredo sauce

1 cup chicken broth

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

15 oz.Ricotta cheese

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt
9 8 7 Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Combine the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth in another bowl.
Add some Alfredo sauce mixture to the slow cooker.
Add three lasagna noodles and divide accordingly.

Spread half of the cheese mixture and half of the chicken on top.Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with pasta and sauce.

Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Simmer for 4-5 hours until the noodles are soft.
Let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
