Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
3 to 3/2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste (about 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper)
1 and 1/ Garlic powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, frozen
1/2 tablespoon ginger, frozen
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation:
Prepare the chicken wings:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the string on it.
Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper powder in a large bowl. Place the wings on the grill in a single layer.
Prepare the wings:
Place the wings in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes or until golden and brown. Turn them halfway through the cooking time.
Prepare the honey-garlic sauce:
While the wings are cooking, combine the chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger and red pepper in a saucepan. Boil the mixture over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix the corn with a little water to make a paste. Pour this into the hot sauce and stir constantly. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Combine the wings with the sauce:
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the garlic honey over the wings and mix well.
Recipe:
Serve hot wings, optionally garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Goes well with rice or vegetables
