Ingredients for burgers:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juice)
1/2 cup bread
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

For the onion paste:

2 large onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of minced meat
1 tea spoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare hamburger steak:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
Prepare the mixture in 4-6 pieces according to the desired size.

2. Cook the meatballs:

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the burger buns and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the shells from the pan and set aside.

3. Prepare the onions:

Add oil and fried onions to the same pan. Cook over medium heat until the onion softens and caramelizes, about 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir until coated. Bake for another 2 minutes to allow the dough to taste its flavor.
Slowly insert into the cow’s throat, making sure there are no lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serving size:

Place the burger back on the plate with the onion rings. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat the oil and coat with the sauce.
