  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season Pork Chops:
    • Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear Pork Chops:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Glaze:
    • In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt.
    • Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
    • Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.

    • Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, basting the pork chops with the glaze occasionally, until the pork chops are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish the glazed pork chops with fresh rosemary.
