Stak Stir-Fried Ramen is a delicious, filling dish that combines the rich flavor of beef with the popular texture and flavor of ramen noodles. This dish is quick to prepare and offers a great way to enjoy Asian-inspired flavors with a great side dish. How to Make Stir-Fried Steak Ramen:
Ingredients:
For the steak:
• 1 pound steak or sirloin, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for marinating)

• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons chili paste or sriracha (adjust according to taste preference)
• 1 tablespoon ground onion or 1 tablespoon fresh banana, grated

Instructions:

1. Change label:
• Mix ground beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. Prepare the pot:
• Cook the ramen pot according to the package instructions, but reduce the cooking time by 1-2 minutes as it will brown later. Drain and set aside.
3. Mix the sauce:
• In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste and ginger. Mix well and set aside.
4. Cooking steak:
• Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add marinara sauce and cook until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
5. Mix the vegetables:
• Add the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same way. Add garlic, onion, pepper, carrots and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
6. Combine ingredients:
• Return chicken to skillet with cooked ramen and prepared sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is hot and coated with sauce.
7. Garnish and serve:
• Sprinkle fried green onions over the fried ramen.
• Provide heat from the stove.
Tips for Perfect Fried Ramen:
• Cut herbs into small pieces: Make sure the pieces are small enough to cook quickly and have a longer shelf life.
• Cooking speed: Make sure you have all the utensils at hand before you start cooking, as the process will go faster once the heat is turned on.
• Variations: Feel free to add your favorite veggies like broccoli, snow peas, or bok choy for extra nutrition and variety.
