Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) frozen crescent-shaped tubes ((or lined with parchment paper))
2 (8-ounce) packages rice, 4 tablespoons salt, (melted)
1/2 cup neat sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (I like a floured one).
Unroll one tube of the crescent roll and the layer on the bottom of the pan and press the bottom layer of the roll together (unless you are using crescent bread sheets). Press the rest of the round top together (this is not necessary if you are using baking paper.)
Brush the top with melted butter.
Sugar and cinnamon infusion.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
