Baked Chicken with Mother’s Butter

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (I use skinless)
1 can steamed milk (12 oz)
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 can of chicken broth
1/4 cup water
Making Buttermilk Chicken
Preheat the oven to 350F.
First, pour the steamed milk into a small bowl that is large enough to cover your chicken. After soaking each chicken in milk, dredge it in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a 13×9 and cook the chicken in the melted butter at 350F for 30 minutes.
Stir in water, soup broth, and the rest of your bowl of steamed milk. After cooking for 30 minutes, turn the chicken over and pour the soup mixture over it. Cook for another 30 minutes until it thickens nicely.
