Grilled Chicken Taco Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ pound shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
1 ounce taco seasoning (click here for recipe)
½ cup diced onion
4.5 ounces diced tomatoes, well dried ( 1 box) ) 97 top)

Cook the onion-chicken mixture:
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the fried onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Use shredded chicken, taco seasoning, pickled tomatoes, and green peppers. Mix well to combine everything. Reduce the heat and let it cook for 5-8 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse. Prepare the

Taco shells upright on the prepared plate. It can hold 10 taco shells when stacked neatly and adding 2 on the side.
Bake loose taco shells in the oven for 5 minutes and stir gently. Then remove it from the oven.

Tacos Composition:
Add 1 tablespoon baked beans to the bottom of each taco shell.
Brush generously with chicken mixture, almost filling the top of each bowl.
Usually sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over the chicken in each bowl.
Cooking tacos:
Return the bowl to the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the taco shell are shiny. 9
