1 ½ pounds ground beef

1 package taco seasoning
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
One 4- ounce can diced green chiles, drained
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup water

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F to ensure it is ready to bake.

Cook the meat: In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, fry the minced meat with the taco seasoning.
